The benefits of ADD

A person with ADD:

 

  • has an extra power that we call Hyper Focus  
  • can very well empathize with other people / fantasy 
  • Shows much empathy / often breaks through walls 
  • Is able to see things easily from all perspectives 
  • Is very creative 
  • Very passionate about things of interest. 
  • Likes a challenge. 
  • Would like to get maximum results 
  • Has pleasure in solving puzzles / problems 
  • Do not rest until "the moment"  is there. 
  • Has a good sense of humor. 
  • Has an enormous perseverance 
  • Get relatively quickly over setbacks and criticism. 
  • Does not give up when something their interested aroused.
  • Has a keen intuition. 
  • Has developed a perceived ability to understand the human brain / thorough.
  • Is as fast as lightning in providing solutions. 
  • has a unique perspective on the world / They see the world "differently".

The disadvantages of ADD

A person with ADD:
  • Can not focus for a long time on just one thing.  
  • Shows little interest in performing tasks. 
  • are affected by many thoughts at once. 
  • Looks sloppy or is sloppy - they have learned to hide this.
  •  Would rather not spend time on details
  • Is bad at math / makes writing mistakes.
  • May be, for something fun, excessive to spend time on details 
  • Has high expectations of others - easily disappointed.
  • Has trouble listening - Thoughts wander 
  • Is forgetful, often forget to take their stuff with them.
  • has no problem with sitting still. (as opposed to someone with ADHD) 
  • Often talk over others - don't wait when the other one is finished talking. 
  • Tends sentences for another. 
  • Has trouble awaiting something. -> Inactive
  • Is always busy with two things at once.
  • Is often daydreaming. (Battery charging)
  • Is sometimes a few moments depressed.
  • Likes to look for an adrenaline rush. (driving to hard, etc.)
  • Sometimes may seem irritated. - Disturbed thoughts
  • Often the feeling of walking on tiptoe
  • Must be careful that he/she don't takes on more tasks than he/she can handle. 
  • Insecure about their own judgments, underestimate their own intelligence.
  •  Susceptible to addictions
  • Likes to pull back 
  • Can't cope well with criticism or praise.
  • Has always had the feeling to be different.
  • Often feels out of place.
  • Can well act / lie / make excuses
  • Often feels lonely and/or misunderstood. 
  • Is sometimes chaotic and sometimes exaggerated perfectionistic.
  • Is a loner, lonely, and some little friends 
  • Find it difficult  to come in action with boring stuff.
